Page 2 is mostly the same but decided to make the doctor older for various reasons.
Page 3 is pretty much the same, but I'll have to redo this or add much more background details as it looks way too sparse, well like much of the early stuff.
Page 4 is mostly the same as well. Changed the perspective for the first panel, though in retrospect I think I shouldn't have. Probably should have gone for a more zoomed out distance feel.
Page 5 is the Cathedral, and yeah it looks sparse because nothing was really designed for it yet. I used Sao Paulo church and a couple other churches for reference, but I don't think it captures the grandeur that I wanted. I want to go back and give this lots of detail in the future. Make it look opulent and grand like it should.
But yeah that's the first five pages. I'll be posting updates about the comic as well as preliminary and concept sketches and talking about them. Maybe some drawings videos as well.
Listening to podcasts, and Katatonia album-using Superlux 681B headphones. Decent headphones, much better than the Cosonics anyway that I bought for wayyyy too much money. However I think I should have gotten DJ headphones as opposed to Studio headphones. Live and learn I suppose...and then get Luvs.
